The Bachelor in Management program at Gdansk University of Technology's Faculty of Management and Economics aims to prepare students to tackle management challenges in a rapidly changing world. Students will acquire advanced level competencies to analyze complex problems in various management systems and develop unique solutions in a critical and creative way. The program is designed to prepare students to work as a manager in a multicultural environment or to acquire management skills in the finance and banking sector. The program requires a secondary school certificate and state exam/matriculation results, with subjects considered in the formula for calculating the candidate’s points including mathematics, modern foreign language, physics, or geography. Graduates are prepared to work in national and international companies of diverse profiles, consulting companies, project teams, and administration. Secondary school certificate (obligatory) and state exam/matriculation results (if applicable) which entitle the candidate to apply for a bachelor's degree in the country, where the secondary education was obtained.
