The Financial Management Program is a unique and innovative opportunity for young, creative, and passionate individuals to join a diverse international community of peers and seasoned experts in order to master the challenges of Finance 5.0 in the decades to come. The program offers three majors and aims to provide future business leaders in finance with a comprehensive understanding of sustainable value drivers and risks, as well as the skills to manage the digital and green transition of businesses. The program's value proposition is based on high-quality internationally recognized education standards, close collaboration with top-tier strategic partners, hands-on experience for students, individual attention to career paths, and global employability. At KU, we were among the first universities in the Central and Eastern Europe region to recognize all 17 SDG goals. Therefore, sustainability is fully integrated into our program syllabi to meet job market expectations, professional association requirements (such as ACCA, CIMA, CAIA, CFA), and to promote the values that are important to young people and the Kozminski community.
