The 5-year Dentistry program is tailored for secondary school graduates who aspire to become dental professionals. The program aligns with the mandatory requirements set by Polish medical higher education institutions and EU standards. It is a long-cycle Master's degree program that is also referred to as the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program in India. The Dentistry Teaching Center boasts cutting-edge dental and phantom units, which positions the MUL center as one of the premier medical education centers in Europe. The first two years of the program focus on preclinical courses that encompass anatomy, medical chemistry, biology, biophysics, physiology, histology, cell biology, and other related subjects. Paraclinical courses like pathomorphology, pharmacology, pathophysiology, microbiology, and medical psychology are typically covered from the second year of studies onwards. During the senior years of the program, clinical courses take center stage. These courses cover essential areas such as conservative dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, orthodontics, prosthetics, periodontology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, and implantology.
