The Faculty of Electrical Engineering offers a comprehensive M.Sc. program in Electrical Engineering that prepares students for a range of career opportunities in the field. Through the program, students acquire extensive knowledge and qualifications in various areas of electrical engineering, such as power systems, electrical power quality, electromagnetic compatibility, and more. The curriculum includes modules that cover theoretical concepts, as well as practical applications of electrical engineering, such as the design and construction of electrical circuits, systems, and equipment. Additionally, students learn to use highly complex electrical machines and equipment and apply electric circuits and equipment in production processes. The program also covers topics related to industrial plants' supply systems and networks, making it a versatile and comprehensive offering for students interested in pursuing a career in electrical engineering. Examples of modules in the program include Electrical Measurement of Non-Electrical Parameters, Electromechanical Drive Systems, Energy Conversions, Selected Problems of Circuit Theory, Short Circuits in Power Systems, and Numerical Methods in Technics. These modules provide students with a solid foundation in the fundamental concepts of electrical engineering and prepare them for practical applications in the field. Graduates of the program can pursue career opportunities in a range of fields, including electrical engineering companies, construction and design bureaus for electrical equipment, distribution and commercial companies dealing with electric equipment and controls, and the professional power engineering sector.
